  • The Leader Launch Program at Chick-fil-A Helena provided me an opportunity to have an high-level, hands-on leadership experience. My Operator met with me 1:1 and invested his time in my growth, giving me exactly the guidance and exposure I needed to be competitive and launch me in my journey as I pursue becoming a CFA Operator. As I was invited into unique business strategies and different elements of organizational leadership it helped me tremendously.

While working with Brad Nichols and his team, I had the opportunity to make strategic decisions and lead teams. I had the opportunity to own and impact the restaurant budget. I have directly leveraged these learnings from Brad and his team into my restaurant. The leveraging my time there has accelerated my growth as a new Chick-fil-A Operator.
